The PMO Squad is looking for a passionate individual interested in a dynamic sales role. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative team, as well autonomously, with the ability to achieve targets.

The primary focus of the role is to work with the sales team to develop and deliver a quality lead generation pipeline. The secondary focus will be on nurturing and converting inbound leads obtained via organic channels. There will be opportunities for you to learn how we take each qualified lead and follow it through the sales cycle all the way to a successful close. For a motivated individual we anticipate this position to provide an opportunity for advancement and growth within The PMO Squad's Sales Department!

Pay: $50k - $60k/yr. + commission [commission commensurate with industry standards]

Location: Remote | Candidates must reside in the Phoenix, AZ metro area


Duties:

The lead generation specialist is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities through inbound lead conversions. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company's core values; at The PMO Squad, we believe anything is POSIBLE!


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation and prospecting of potential new clients.
  • Qualify and score the viability of an interested lead for the sales team; includes distinguishing between companies that are simply interested in services and companies who intend to purchase services.
  • Research companies to create strategic communication plans.
  • Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling).
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of The PMO Squad's services.
  • Shadow and partner with Senior Sales Representatives with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs.
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound sales leads obtained through organic traffic, from initial contact through close.


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a professional selling / lead generation role.
  • Inside/telephone sales experience.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as telephone and email.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work without constant supervision.
  • Proven ability to get results and meet commitments.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Previous experience selling intangibles / professional services a plus.
  • Previous experience with inbound lead conversion / sales a plus.
